B.S. in Aerospace Engineering (2022) – Texas A&M University
Mason is a sophomore Aerospace Engineering student from Keller, Texas. He worked as a member of the NASA ULI AggiE_Challenge team where he investigated the feasibility of precision control systems needed to allow controlled deformations in a panel via Shape-Memory Alloy actuation. His current work is in support of the NASA University Leadership Initiative to improve the hardware and software setup used to test and characterize the properties of Shape-Memory Alloys. Outside of the lab, Mason is an active member of the Engineering Honors program and enjoys volunteer work with organizations such as Aggie Build.
