UPDATE: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED

Join AAWE and Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Saturday, April 8 for the opportunity to fly for free as you get to know local BCS pilots! Beginning at 9 AM, EAA will be providing a free pancake breakfast to those who are interested. At 12 PM, AAWE will be providing lunch. To participate in this event, we request that you sign up for the particular time slot when you wish to fly. It is also possible that you will get the opportunity to fly again, outside of that time slot. You are free to arrive or leave at any time during this event, but AAWE officers and the pilots will be present from 9 AM – 2 PM. Please come with questions, per the pilot’s request!

To participate, please complete the registration on EAA’s website for the April 8 event, page two of the TAMU liability form, and the time slot sign-up prior to the event. Please bring a printed copy of the TAMU liability form to the event.
