Jesse Cate is a graduate student at Texas A&M University from Frost, Texas. He is currently a teaching assistant and graduate assistant researcher, where he is working on developing an extended reality visualization suite for computational fluid dynamics simulations. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M in May 2021 with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in math. During his time as an undergraduate, Jesse was a member of the Sounding Rocketry Team (SRT). On SRT, he worked on making an ejection charge calculator and designing, implementing, and testing a pneumatic ball valve actuation system. Jesse also has experience in developing an extended reality flight simulator for the F-16.
