Patrick Walgren is a PhD Candidate in the Aerospace Engineering Department.  He received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016 from Lehigh University and his master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2019 from Texas A&M University (studying under Dr. Hartl).  Before starting his graduate studies, he worked in Seattle for the aerospace tooling and robotics firm, Electroimpact.  He has a strong interest in active materials, composites, and optimization.
